Diagnostics never requires any upfront payments and our services are contingent upon the successful placement of your Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Unlike most recruiting firms, Diagnostics bills clients a FLAT FEE, not a percentage of the hired candidate\'s 1st year salary. Billing a flat fee allows our clients to further control costs while not worrying that paying a higher salary to the PA/NP will result in excess fees to the recruiter. We allow all our clients to choose from 2 very affordable options.
